We designed and built a software factory on mainly open-source components: one shared platform base with decoupled applications, automated testing and delivery, and security hardening for release. AI-assisted workflows take ideas from domain experts to prototype to production, and we designed the client's product development process around it, with clear decision points, roles and governance.
