What We Do

We help national agencies put AI and data to work within the realities of government – regulatory requirements, security classifications, existing IT landscapes, and the pace at which organisations can absorb change. Our engagements range from early-stage AI strategy to hands-on delivery of data platforms and AI solutions.

About us
Secure & Sovereign Data Infrastructure
We design and build data platforms that run on-premises or on Swedish-hosted infrastructure — from solution design and information architecture to implementation and handover.

• On-prem data platforms under full agency control
• Solution design, user specifications, and information architecture
• GDPR-compliant data processing
• Classified information handling aligned with OSL (offentlighets- och sekretesslagen)

AI Strategy & Readiness
Many agencies are at the beginning of their AI journey, often with significant expectations from leadership and government directives. We help you find a realistic starting point and build from there.

• AI readiness assessments grounded in public-sector operations
• Use case identification and prioritisation
• Roadmaps aligned with Sweden's national AI strategy and the EU AI Act
• Organisational change management and capability building

Public Service Automation & Analytics
Practical AI applications that reduce manual workload and improve decision-making — deployed within your existing infrastructure and security requirements.

• Automated case classification and document processing
• AI-assisted decision support for case officers
• Predictive analytics for resource planning and demand forecasting
• Cross-agency data sharing aligned with the upcoming data-sharing act

Why This Matters Now

Sweden's national AI strategy, adopted in February 2026, sets a clear direction: AI should be part of how government operates. The SEK 479 million earmarked in the 2026 budget is the first dedicated investment of its kind.

At the same time, the EU AI Act reaches full applicability in August 2026. Agencies using AI in decision-making that affects citizens will need conformity assessments, technical documentation, and in some cases fundamental rights impact assessments. The regulatory clock is running.

For most agencies, the challenge is not whether to adopt AI but how – given limited internal capacity, strict data governance requirements, and the complexity of public-sector IT environments. That is the problem we help solve.

How We Work
Trusted Long-Term Partner

We work under framework agreements with government agencies, which means we are in it for the long run. Our engagements typically evolve from an initial project into an ongoing collaboration as needs develop.

From Strategy to Production

Our team includes a senior AI strategist with extensive leadership experience from within government agencies. That background shapes how we work – we understand the internal dynamics, procurement realities, and organisational challenges that come with introducing AI in the public sector.

Agile Delivery in a Government Context

We bring structured agile project management adapted to the way government agencies operate. On a recent multi-year engagement, we managed solution design, information architecture, user specifications, and project delivery for an on-prem data platform – helping the agency adopt agile ways of working that contributed directly to successful delivery.

Built for Your Security Requirements

We work within the constraints of government IT – air-gapped networks, on-prem deployments, approved Swedish cloud providers. We adapt to your classification level, not the other way around.
