What is spec-driven development?

A way of building software where intent is written down precisely, reviewed and versioned before anything is built. AI agents build to that specification, and the result is checked against it, so your engineers ship faster with quality held constant.

What is an agentic software factory?

A governed environment where AI agents build, test and document software continuously, under your engineers' direction. It covers the data foundation, delivery pipeline, quality checks, human approval points and ownership model, which is what makes agentic development safe to run.
